Beauty is everywhere that love and kindness exist. Compassion for yourself and others – that beauty radiates out from the soul!
Biggest struggle for women?
Despite the many massive struggles women face across the world, I think the hardest ones often come from within. Changing your inner voice from critic to cheerleader will transform your life!
What do you want people to be aware of?

What gives you empowerment?
Pushing past my fears and doing things I thought I could never do is the most empowering thing to me! Whether on or off skates, finding the courage to fail at something new helps me break out of my self-imposed limitations.
How has skating impacted you?
Skating has given me a creative outlet that challenges me physically and mentally. Whether I’m skating my feelings out on a trail, dancing in the rink or bruising my at the park, MY SOUL FEELS GOOD. It’s also brought so many amazing people into my life. Too many answers for this question. Skating has given me life
